Nothing shipped, so there is nothing to send back — but here is the pretend process anyway.

Nothing was shipped
No parcel exists, so there is nothing to return and nothing to collect. The delivery you tracked was an animation, and the tracking number on your receipt is an order number for a fictional order.
The pretend return window
You have 30 imaginary days from the imaginary delivery date to change your mind about an imaginary purchase. Since no money was taken and no item was sent, the outcome is the same before and after those 30 days.
Getting your balance back
Your balance is a number in your browser, not a bank account. If you want it back to the starting amount, use “Clear data” in the user menu — that resets your career, balance, cart and order history to a fresh start.
The impact you avoided
The only thing a purchase here really produces is a receipt and a slightly lighter conscience. The avoided-impact figures stay in your portfolio until you clear your data, which is the closest thing to a return this shop has.
